Checklist
Continue daily journaling
As you may remember from rabbitea.rs classic, I have been writing daily journal entries since early October. I aim to continue this and will consider this checklist item complete after an additional two months of writing.
SQUASH
Play more squash to stay active. I will consider this complete after an additional 6 squash sessions.
30-Day Anxiety Management Plan
I made Claude write me a 30-day plan to improve my anxiety coping strategies and build healthy habits for my mental health. I'm gonna do all the dang stuff it says to.
See new therpaist
I use a service (Alli) to receive discount therapy from students completing their practicum and was lucky enough to find a counselor that I felt was a great fit. HOWEVER!!!! she graduated. So we're back to starting fresh with a new therapist. My goal here is to see it through, as I'm very tempted to call it quits here while I'm untethered.
