Winter 2025 wellness check-in COMPLETE! (I didn't finish the 30-day plan, BUT I started seeing a different new therapist and doing therapy homework so we'll call it even.)

I use a service (Alli) to receive discount therapy from students completing their practicum and was lucky enough to find a counselor that I felt was a great fit. HOWEVER!!!! she graduated. So we're back to starting fresh with a new therapist. My goal here is to see it through, as I'm very tempted to call it quits here while I'm untethered.
