Hey all. SlimeChowder and I have been getting onto that meal prep grind (by that I mean sauteing a whole cabbage and eating it for lunch 4 days in a row). Last night we had some delicious fried tofu sandwiches and it sort of kicked off my excitement for finding some new go-to recipes! Let me know if you guys have any suggestions.
Big fan of shredding a ton of carrots and making carrot salad for lunch every day with apple cider vinegar, and whatever else you feel like mixing in on the day. Sea salt, coconut oil, garlic, sesame seeds, etc. Super simple.
I'm really into this shredded carrot base. Seems like the perfect conduit for a nice ginger-miso dressing. Thanks!
Every morning I meal prep a cup of coffee that I then consume immediately. The rest of my days meals are handled as I prepped the night before by ruminating on endless rage.
This is great advice HOWEVER, my rage knows bounds :/
